Seeds are very easy to germinate, and can be planted directly outdoors in spring or started indoors. An established <em>Felicia heterophylla<\/em> features a profusion of gorgeous sky-blue flowers that rise above tidy, compact, mat-forming gray-green, lacy, fragrant foliage.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8216;Blues&#8217; Blue Daisy is great for mass planting or as a container plant, and because of its dense, low growth habit, it can be grown as a ground cover.
