A Thousand Flowers is run and operated by owner Adam in Snohomish, Wa. What started out as gardening and landscaping a 2.3 acre piece of land, quickly turned into an undying passion and pursuit to grow and share as many beautiful, rare and unusual plants as possible, that’s have been meticulously sourced from all over the globe.

Working alone, he puts his indelible personal touch into all the products that come from the A Thousand Flowers brand.

Adam also holds one of the largest Buddleja (Butterfly Bush) collections in the United States, collecting every last Buddleia species he can get his hands on. With such a large collection, breeding was the next natural step where he’s now working to create new and novel sterile Butterfly Bush hybrids.

A plant lover in every regard, Adam is a true plantsman, dedicating the majority of the hours of his life to the cultivation and distribution of beautiful, rare, and unusual plant varieties.
