Aloe hybrid | Aloe ‘Blizzard’
Aloe ‘Blizzard’ is a light pigmented dwarf succulent that forms rosettes of upright, pale green leaves covered with white markings, giving it an almost white appearance. The rosettes can grow up to 8 inches tall and 6 inches across. The coral-orange bell-shaped flowers hang from a tall stalk and being polycarpic will flower multiple times, usually from late winter into spring.
Aloes are pretty forgiving plants, but must never be allowed to sit in overly wet soil or stagnant water, so well-drained soil is required. Water moderately when soil is completely dry.
Grows best is strong, bright light indoors. Outdoors they can withstand full summer sun once acclimated. Prefers warmer temperatures of 70 to 80°F, but will die if temps reach below 40 °F.
