Description
Felicia heterophylla | Blue Daisy ‘The Blues’
‘The Blues’Daisy, native to South Africa, is a spring-flowering annual and is one of the few felicias with blue blooms. Seeds are very easy to germinate, and can be planted directly outdoors in spring or started indoors. An established Felicia heterophylla features a profusion of gorgeous sky-blue flowers that rise above tidy, compact, mat-forming gray-green, lacy, fragrant foliage.
The ‘Blues’ Blue Daisy is great for mass planting or as a container plant, and because of its dense, low growth habit, it can be grown as a ground cover. The mature Blue Daisy tolerates drought and grows best in full sun, adapting to most any soil type as long as good drainage is provided.
