Description
Epipremnum pinnatum | Pothos Dragons Tail ‘Albo’
Dragons Tail Pothos, also known as Taro Vine, Silver Vine, and Devil’s ivy, is a tropical vine. It differs from most pothos varieties in that it is an Epipremnum pinnatum rather than Epipremnum aureum. Dragon’s Tail Pothos ‘Albo’ is a rare variety characterized by small, thin, jade-green leaves with white blotches of variegation. As the plant ages it will readily produce fenestrations (monstera-like cuts in the leaves) if grown in a warm, bright place. It is an easy to grow and versatile plant and is highly sought among plant collectors.
Easy to grow and versatile. Like other plants, it acts as a living air purifier that removes common household contaminants from the air. Prefers to be in a bright, well-lit environment indoors, but they will tolerate lower light levels too. Will thrive with adequate water and light. A great plant for hanging baskets or trained up a moss pole.
As a means of troubleshooting, browning leaves are usually a result of under-watering or a lack of humidity, while yellowing leaves may come from over-watering, or being exposed to too much direct sunlight, or from not enough sunlight.
